Ordering & Shipping
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes. We offer free shipping on every order to the contiguous United States. There is no minimum purchase required.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship exclusively to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international addresses.
Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.
Q: How long will delivery take after my order ships?
A: Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the contiguous United States after your order has been shipped. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use that number on the carrier’s website to monitor your package.
Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.
Q: Who are your shipping carriers?
A: We work with a variety of reputable carriers (such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx). The carrier for your shipment will be selected based on your shipping address and package characteristics.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Q: How do I start a return?

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: No. We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns. There are also no restocking fees.
Q: What items cannot be returned?
A: Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered, items returned without original packaging, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Q: How long does it take to get my refund?
A: After we receive and inspect your returned item (usually within 1–2 business days), we will process the refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: If you need a different size or color, please return the original item using our free return process and place a new order for the desired item.

A: Our team is available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Mountain Time). We are closed on weekends and major US federal holidays.

A: We aim to respond to all email and phone inquiries within 1–2 business days. For return requests, we provide a return label and tracking information within 2 business days of receiving your request.
Q: What if my package arrives damaged or lost?
A: Please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption (HTTPS) to protect your personal and payment information. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.
